Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Most orders placed before 10AM PST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped on the same day.
  • Please note that orders placed after 10AM PST Monday through Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following business day. Orders placed after 10AM PST Friday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. We observe all federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
  • Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipment tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed and shipped.
  • Large, oversized, or multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping, and will have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges.
  • All orders above $250.00 in value will require a signature for delivery.

All dates are estimates and actual delivery dates may vary.

Domestic Orders

  • USPS: 3-7 business days after order processing. Limited to small shipments only.
  • FedEx Home Delivery: 3-7 business days after order processing.
  • FedEx 2-Day: 2-3 business days after order processing. 2-3 Day Express delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 business day after order processing. Standard Overnight does not have guaranteed delivery times.

Signatures may be required upon delivery. Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it. You may want to use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.

Sales Tax

In addition to the price of your purchase, Senseio Bookstore, Inc will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of invoice and subject to a Return Authorization from Senseio Bookstore, Inc.

To return an item, you must email our customer service department within 30 days of receiving your merchandise to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Once Authorization is given, your package must be post-marked within 10 days from the return authorization date. Senseio Bookstore, Inc is not responsible for shipping charges on exchanged or returned items. Shipping charges (First Class or Priority Mail via United States Postal Service) will be refunded if the return is due to our error.

Non-collectible, CDs, Tapes, CD-ROMs, Videos, VCDs, and DVDs must be returned unopened in order to receive a full refund. Please note that all sales items are final and are not refundable or returnable. ANY NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

All returns must be accompanied by the receipt. You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method at your own expense. Senseio Bookstore, Inc. is not responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can credit you only for items received back in our warehouse. After a return has been received, it will take up to 10 business days to process. If a credit card was used for your purchase, refunds will be credited back to the same credit card. If you mailed a check for payment for your purchase, a refund check will be mailed to you. If you request an exchange, we will send you the exchange only when we receive the returned products. Actual shipping charges will apply for this exchange.
