Author and Illustrator Introduction Yasuno Mitsuya Born in Shimane Prefecture, Japan in 1926, after graduating from the Yamaguchi Teacher Training Institute, he worked as an elementary school art teacher and participated in the editing of art textbooks. 作、繪者簡介
安野光雅
1926年出生於日本的島根縣，自山口教師訓練學院畢業後，曾任小學美術老師，並參與美術教科書的編輯工作。42歲那年，他才出版第一本圖畫書《奇妙國》。他是日本最具國際知名度的圖畫書作家，並於1984年獲得國際安徒生插畫家獎。2020年12月24日辭世，享年94歲。
他在處理空間上充分掌握了視覺技巧，擅長使用幽默的方式，將數學概念介紹給孩子，並且融合了自然與人文思想。著有《旅之繪本》、《天動說》、《跳蚤市場》、《10個人快樂的搬家》、《壺中的故事》、《進入數學世界的圖畫書》等。
