Author/Illustrator Profile
Jimmy the Well-known picture book writer. Graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Cultural University, over the past 20 years, he has created more than 60 picture books. He is good at telling stories with childlike and colorful pictures and gentle and poetic words, which has healed the hearts of countless readers.
In 2003, he was selected as one of the "55 Most Creative People in Asia" by Japan's "STUDIO VOICE" magazine. In 2007, he was selected as one of the six representative figures of "Taiwan People II" on Discovery Channel.
His works have won the Feng Zikai Children's Picture Book Award, the "Book Fair Award" at the Taipei International Book Fair, and the Golden Tripod Award many times. Abroad, he has also won the Lagaz Prize at the Bologna Book Fair in Italy, the Vessel Youth Literature Award in Belgium, The first prize of the year for the art book of the publication award sponsored by the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, the Swedish Peter Pan Silver Star Award, and has been nominated for the Lindgren Memorial Award, the largest children and youth literature award in the world. 故事以第一人稱描述，小男孩的房間就像一間獨立的小房子，幻化成各種交通工具，一下變成汽車、小船，一下變成潛水艇、火箭，帶著他翻山越嶺、潛入深海、飛行十萬八千里、穿越太空……這個一身綠衣綠帽的小男孩，猶如小小彼得潘，邀請小讀者加入他獨具創意的想像遊戲，和他一起穿梭在想像與現實之間，探索未知的明天。

幾米
知名繪本作家。文化大學美術系畢業，二十多年來，創作了超過六十本繪本，擅長以童趣繽紛的圖畫和溫柔詩意的文字說故事，療癒了無數大小讀者的心。
2003年入選日本《STUDIO VOICE》雜誌「亞洲最有創意的55人」之一，2007年入選 Discovery 頻道「台灣人物誌 II」六大代表人物。在台北、新北、宜蘭、台南等地有幾米主題公園或地景藝術，也曾受邀到日本參加大地藝術祭和北阿爾卑斯藝術祭。
幾米有多部作品被改編成音樂劇、電視劇、電影、動畫，翻譯成英、法、荷、西、義、日、德、俄、瑞典等多種語言，也與英、美、日等國出版社合作原創繪本。作品曾獲豐子愷兒童圖畫書獎、台北國際書展「書展大獎」，並多次榮獲金鼎獎，在國外也獲得義大利波隆那書展拉加茲獎、比利時維塞勒青少年文學獎、西班牙教育文化體育部主辦的出版獎之藝術類圖書年度首獎、瑞典彼得潘銀星獎，並多次入圍國際上最大的兒童及青少年文學獎項——林格倫紀念獎。
