Petr Horáček grew up on the outskirts of Prague, Czech Republic, where he had a very happy childhood. At the age of 15, he entered the art high school, followed by a six-year study period at the Prague Academy of Arts.
Once engaged in stage, advertising and other design work. Although there were no design projects in the Czech Republic during the communist period, the extremely interesting work experience at that time brought many inspirations to his future works.

「長腿」小矮人法蘭克住在一座美麗的花園裡，他很喜歡聆聽小鳥和他分享的冒險故事和有趣見聞。
不過，麻雀並不包含在其中，因為他們老是愛取笑法蘭克，說他成天只會待在花園裡，腿長這麼長又有什麼用。
有一天，法蘭克再也受不了了！
他決定離開花園，一個人穿過森林、越過高山，不論白天黑夜、晴天雨天，即使冰天雪地也沒有讓他停下腳步。
他造訪了許多城市，去了好多好多地方，下巴上的鬍子也越長越長……特別的是，法蘭克每到一個地方，就會撒下一顆種子，或者種下一朵小花，所以他走過的地方，正一點一點地改變著，變得越來越美麗……
當然，旅途不會總是一帆風順，但是法蘭克面對眼前的困難，沒有退縮，也不放棄，就這樣繼續前行，直到有一天……
如果不是受到麻雀的刺激，法蘭克可能永遠不會離開心愛的花園，雖然他總是津津有味地聽著小鳥所告訴他那些關於外面世界的冒險故事，可是他從沒想過，有一天，他也可以成為說故事的人，而且是說自己的故事。其實成長就好像一個人的旅行，你可能像法蘭克一樣，一開始不是自願的，可是當離開熟悉的環境和父母的保護後，你會在旅程中更認識自己，知道該如何與自己相處，你會為眼前的風景所感動，也會為旅途中無法預測的天氣與路況所苦惱，有時也會感到孤單，但是只要堅持下去，你會發現自己的成長和改變，讓眼前的世界變得越來越美好！
