If you want to travel, we can take a train, a car, or take a plane. If you are only near, you can ride bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, and even walk.
Plants don't have these vehicles, but we see them in unexpected places, like in sandpits and drains. How did plants reach those places?
Plants also travel, some through the land, some through the air, but the plants do not move by themselves, but send the seeds to travel. Some seeds blow themselves to other places with the help of wind; others rely on the animals that eat them. The travel of the seed, whether it falls to the bunker, the drain or other places, may grow seedlings from there.
想出門旅行的話我們可以搭火車、汽車，也可以搭飛機。如果只是到附近，不但可以騎自行車、用滑板車、溜直排輪，甚至可以走路過去。
植物沒有這些交通工具，可是我們卻會在意想不到的地方，像是沙坑上、排水溝裡見到它們。植物到底是怎麼到達那些地方的呢？
植物也會旅行，有的經過陸地，有的經過空中，可是植物並不是自己移動，而是把種子送去旅行。有些種子借助風力把自己吹送到其他地方；有些則靠著吃它們的動物幫忙。而種子的旅行不管最後是落到沙坑上、排水溝裡或是其他地方，從那裡都有可能長出幼苗來。
